Sorella is a space for women to be truly seen, supported, and connected. Our retreats invite you to slow down, travel with intention, and to come home to yourself.

Rooted in the Italian word sorella (“sister”), each retreat brings women together to build genuine connections, reflect, and uncover new parts of themselves in beautiful destinations around the world.

Hosted by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, each retreat weaves in practices that support emotional wellbeing and inner growth.

Because Sorella is about connection and sisterhood, spaces are limited and we curate each group with intention. To join us, you’ll complete a short application so we can make sure it’s the right fit; for you, and for the group.

FAQs

Which airport should I fly into?

We recommend Brindisi Airport (BDS) — it’s only about 20 minutes from our villa in Carovigno. Bari Airport (BRI) is also an option, about 1 hour away.

Is airport transportation included?

Airport transfers are not included, but we’ll provide you with trusted local driver contacts and help coordinate ride-sharing with other guests if you’d like.

Can I travel alone?

Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo, and it’s one of the most beautiful parts of Sorella Retreats. You’ll arrive on your own but leave with sisters.

Can I book with a friend?

Yes! If you’d like to share a room with someone you know, just let us know in your application. Otherwise, we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another guest.

How do payments work?

A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your spot.

  • Flexible payment plans are available (via PayPal, Zelle, or EU bank transfer).

  • Full balance must be paid by March 1, 2026.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand life happens

Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel before February 1, 2026: 50% of your total payment (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

  • If you cancel on or after February 1, 2026: All payments are non-refundable.
